Enjoyed our week-long stay! The beach is just steps away, and chair rentals next door make it convenient. Don't miss dining at the nearby King Size for delicious meals on the beach. Perfect for couples looking for relaxation.

Family operated hotel, The staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our requests. Quiet location, great for a family holiday. Good customer service, reasonable prices, lovely garden/grounds. Fantastic pool and right next to the beach. If we ever travel to Kos again, we will definately book our stay at this hotel.

Great location! The staff are wonderful. Time to do an update on the rooms though but like others have said, who spends alot of time in your room?

I just had a wonderful 4-night stay that exceeded my last trip! The beach was mere steps away. The spacious pool area was perfectly maintained, and I loved relaxing with a cocktail while soaking in the sun.

Really liked pool's clean water, friendly stuff and quate guests!

No shower curtains (bathroom all flowing after taking a shower), a/c remote for €5/day, unpredictable room servise time. And that are all the limitations! Nice hotel anyway!

ideal for families, with shallow swimming pool and little stove/fridge in the room. staff is very friendly and helpful (one woke up at 4 am to check that my taxi to the airport - that they called for me - was actually arrived)

Excellent location right across the beach made sunbathing easy, with plenty of sunbeds available. The food was delicious, especially the smoked meat dishes, and the pool area was pristine, perfect for relaxation. The air conditioning in the room was underwhelming, causing some discomfort during the night. The WiFi was slow, and at times, the pool felt chaotic with non-hotel guests making it less enjoyable.

Very friendly family run hotel in a quieter part of Tigaki. Swimming pool very good and located straight across the road from the excellent beach. The staff also organise return taxis to the airport. We would definately like go back again.

We really enjoyed our time in this hotel. Especially the location next to the beach was excellent as well as the pool area. Ever heard the phrase "Small is beautiful"? This was exactly something we were looking for - a bit outside the town, veeery peaceful!

Oh, the fries by the pool were a crispy, golden delight, perfect for munching while soaking up the sun! Plus, the cleanliness around the whole joint felt cute. Just a hop, skip, and jump to the beach added major bonus points.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Easy walk to lots of lovely restaurants. Staff in hotel couldnt do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is simply great, all the staff is extremely friendly and kind. There are two nice swimming pools (a normal one and a small one for babies) and the beach (20 meters from the hotel) is lovely. I warmly suggest this hotel, especially to families and young couples.

The location of Akti Dimis topped my favorite parts. Just across the road from the beach made it easy to hop on over and enjoy the sun. The balcony from my Studio room was sunny and perfect. The bar area next to the pool served well-made cocktails. I found the staff helpful and accommodating, including suggestions for nearby dining options. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facility, especially around the pool. I did have an issue when the air conditioning in my room was a bit lacking, made sleeping uncomfortable at times. There were also a few instances where the non-hotel guests using the pool created some chaos, with kids splashing around carelessly. It felt chaotic and a bit unsafe at certain points, but the staff did their best to manage the situation. I saw improvements in the room upgrades since my last visit. Still, a few more amenities in the room, like a hairdryer, would have been nice. The breakfast options were decent but could use a boost in variety. Despite a couple of these drawbacks, the overall stay was enjoyable, thanks to the amazing beach access and the efforts of the staff.
